Our Role Within This Project

VIS Systems provided a comprehensive range of security solutions to safeguard the construction of the new hospital extension.

‍We deployed 24/7 CCTV monitoring, security pods, and time and attendance (T&A) systems to manage site access and track worker hours. 

Our team also introduced an online induction platform to streamline worker onboarding, ensuring safety protocols were consistently met. Additionally, time-lapse technology was used to document the build’s progress, offering a visual record of the construction journey.

How We Helped Secure the Hospital Construction

We implemented a series of advanced security measures to ensure the site remained safe and operational throughout the entire construction phase, these included the following essential construction site security solutions:

• CCTV Monitoring: Continuous surveillance of the entire site to protect valuable equipment and materials.
• Security Pods: Mobile units for managing site access, preventing unauthorised entry and ensuring restricted areas were properly controlled.
• T&A (time & attendance) System: Efficient tracking of worker hours to maintain accurate records for compliance with health and safety standards.
• Online Induction: A digital platform for fast and efficient onboarding, ensuring all workers met the required safety and compliance standards before starting work.
• Time-Lapse Technology: Capturing the build’s progress in high-quality footage, providing an invaluable visual record of the project from start to finish.

These combined security and management solutions were key in ensuring the construction ran smoothly, met all safety regulations, and was completed on schedule.
