This development is a pivotal part of the £350 million Talbot Gateway regeneration initiative, which includes a new tram interchange at Blackpool North Station and a 144-bedroom Holiday Inn hotel. This level and scale of project required top quality site security solutions, which we provided and implemented seamlessly.
An Array of Security Solutions
Muse Developments has selected VINCI Building as the contractor for a £100 million, 215,000 sq ft town centre office in Blackpool, set to be completed by March 2025. The seven-storey office, designed by Make Architects, will become the new headquarters for civil servants, including those from the Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Defence.
During this construction VIS Systems assisted this huge project with our products. In order to keep this site safe, we used Solar CCTV towers to time lapse features for a complete 360 solution on this construction.
