Morgan Sindall Construction has been selected by the Department for Education (DfE) to build the Pear Tree Academy SEND school in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. This specialised secondary school, operated by the Prospere Learning Trust, is designed to cater to students aged 11 to 18 with learning difficulties and associated needs. The construction project aims to create a modern and inspiring learning environment, incorporating Morgan Sindall's Intelligent Solutions approach, which integrates digital design, modern construction methods, and innovative carbon reduction tools.
