Manchester ‘Jenga’ Hotel
Local developer Capital & Centric has announced that Bowmer & Kirkland will construct a 275-bed hotel near Piccadilly Station in Manchester.
The project, valued at £35 million, was contingent on the lifting of coronavirus restrictions and we are pleased to announce that we were at the forefront of their construction site security.
The Development
Upon completion, the Adair Street hotel will be acquired by the Fattal Group and operated under their Leonardo Hotel brand.
To recognise the sheer scale of the project, the 14-floor, 110,000 sq ft hotel, designed by Stephenson Studio, will feature a unique Jenga-inspired architecture. Due to the complex nature of the project, it was crucial that the construction site was not tampered with, nor suffered from any kind of vandalism.
This is the case for every construction site, which is why we are trusted partners in providing the utmost security for all important projects.
The Impact
We’re proud to be a part of the project that will provide nearby residential developments, including plans for a new public square with a cafe bar, providing much-needed outdoor space for the community.
At VIS Systems, we love to see the impact on which creative projects just like these bring to the community, which is why it is crucial to us to provide the best possible service when it comes to keeping the site and the staff as safe as possible.
