We are proud to be a contributing part of the Bruntwood SciTech initiated transformation of the grade two-listed Manchester building into a 90,000 sq ft innovation hub, led by principal contractor Dragonfly.
This project aims to enhance energy efficiency by incorporating air source heat pumps, smart metering systems, and mechanical ventilation heat recovery, where the communal spaces will operate with net zero carbon emissions.
