Our Role Within This Project

This 544,000 sq. ft. project is set to be the largest speculative development in the North West this year, addressing the region’s urgent demand for high-quality logistics space. With direct access to the M6, M65, and M61 motorways, Farrington Park offers excellent connectivity, making it a strategic hub for logistics and industrial activities.

As the project moves forward under Caddick Construction North West, the security challenges presented by such a large-scale development required careful consideration.

‍We at VIS Systems were brought on board to provide a comprehensive security solution to protect the site during the construction phase. 

With the development covering such a vast area and involving high-value equipment and materials, safeguarding the site became a critical priority.

From the outset, we worked closely with Caddick Construction to implement a security framework that addressed both on-site safety and asset protection. Given the scale and complexity of the project, we ensured robust site monitoring and access control to keep unauthorised personnel out while maintaining smooth operations for construction teams. 

Our real-time surveillance and incident management systems allowed for rapid responses to any potential security threats, ensuring the project stayed on track.

It was also important to both our team and theirs that our security measures aligned with the project’s sustainability goals by employing energy-efficient technology and practices wherever possible, like our solar powered CCTV.
